Job Description

Prysm Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its efforts in strengthening its client pipeline. The position will work with the Business Operations team and report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Position may vary based on the team’s changing needs and goals, but may best structured as follows:

  • 25% - Strategic planning and opportunity analysis.
  • 50% - Prospective client outreach.
  • 25% - Attending and speaking at industry conferences and events.

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in economics is required.
  • 5+ years professional experience in public, private, or academic industry.
  • Ability to travel internationally regularly.
  • Emphasis on relationship building and customer oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortability with public speaking.
  • Interest in international travel.
  • Ability to think strategically in order to identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Preferably Europe or Asia based.
  • Additional languages.
